Shipping Charges as of November 22, 2004
Due
to the government postal service's inability to provide timely
delivery of packages in a sound condition we have decided to begin
shipping larger packages (over 10 pounds) by UPS Ground. We will
also be instituting a policy that all packages with contents greater
than $50 of value will require insurance. While this will add
a nominal increase in shipping costs, we feel that the added security
of being able to better track shipments and ensure their timely
delivery will benefit both us and our customers. In addition,
in the unfortunate event that a shipment is lost or damaged, the
cost of insurance will cover our ability to replace or refund
your purchase as necessary.
For
packages less than 10 pounds and/or with a content value of less
than $50 we will retain the option of shipping by USPS Priority
Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
If you request a more expensive delivery method we will need to
get a quote for the shipping and will add it to your order.
As we update the ordering process online you will be able to select
which method of delivery you prefer and the cost will be automatically
calculated for you.
Until then, due to rising fuel costs, we
need to quote shipping charges on an order by order basis. Please
call, email or fax your order and we will calculate the shipping
charges for your order and add it to your total.
